These terms and conditions govern your use of the service.
Subscription
1.1 Your subscription to Organik will be automatically renewed until it is cancelled, at your request. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorize us to bill the subscription fees to the authorized payment method for the next billing cycle.
1.2 To use the Organik service, you must have an Internet access and an Organik-compatible device and provide a valid and accepted method of payment.
1.3 We may offer subscription plans, including certain plans or special promotional subscriptions offered by third parties. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. These subscription plans may be subject to different terms, conditions and restrictions, which will be disclosed to you at the time of registration. You can view your subscription details by visiting your Account in the My Account section.
Free trials
2.1. Your subscription to Organik can start with a free trial. The duration of this free trial will be indicated at the time of registration.
2.2. Eligibility for the free trial is determined by Organik. We may restrict this eligibility or its duration to prevent misuse. We reserve the right to cancel the free trial and suspend your account if we determine that you are not eligible. Members of a household subscribed to Organik or recently subscribed to Organik are not eligible. Some restrictions may apply if you are matched with other offers.
2.3. We will charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to the payment method established at the end of the free trial period, unless you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period. For information on the cost of the subscription and the expiry date of your free trial period, please consult your Account in the My Account section.
Billing and cancellation
3.1. Billing cycle. Subscription fees to the Organik service as well as any other fees you may incur in the use of the service, such as taxes, will be paid by means of the payment method on the billing date indicated in your Account in the My Account section.
3.2. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription you selected when signing up for the service.
3.3. Method of payment. To use the Organik service, you must provide a method of payment. When a payment is not properly settled due to insufficient funds or credit card expiry and your account is not closed, we may suspend your access to the service until the fees incurred have been charged to a valid payment method.
3.4. Updating your payment methods. You can update your payment method by going to the “Account” page. After any update, you authorize us to continue to charge fees to the authorized payment method.
3.5. Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription to Organik at any time. You will retain access to the Organik service until the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we offer no refund or credit for a partially used subscription period. To cancel your subscription, please follow the cancellation instructions in your Account in the My Account section.
3.6. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically closed at the end of your current billing period. You can view the billing information related to your subscription to Organik in your Account in the My Account section.
3.7. Changes to rates and subscription plans. We may modify our subscription plans and the cost of our service from time to time. However, any changes to our rates or subscription plans will only take effect after a minimum of 30 days following receipt of notification from us.
Warranty and limitation of liability
4.1. Transmission quality may vary from device to another and may be affected by various factors, such as your location and the bandwidth and/or speed of your Internet connection. Please consult your Internet service provider for information on data transmission speeds.
4.2. Warranty and limitation of liability. The Organik service is provided “as is” and without warranty or condition. You waive the right to seek direct or indirect damages from us.
4.3. By following classes through the Virtual Studio, the participant agrees to participate in the practice of physical activity without supervision and entirely at his/her own risk. Consequently, Organik will not be held responsible for any material damage or bodily injury.
I release Organik and its directors, officers, employees, promoters, independent contractors, sponsors, partners and agents from all liability and waive all remedies, proceedings, claims and causes of action of any kind whatsoever against Organik and its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, with regard to any bodily or moral injury or material damage that I may suffer as a result of my preparations to participate or my effective participation in the activities of Organik.
4.4. I hereby acknowledge and agree that:
I am physically able to participate in Organik’s activities and have no pre-existing condition that would limit me to participating in any physical and sports activity in the repertoire of classes offered by Organik.
If I am over 15 years old, I have answered all questions on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire – (PAR-Q / 2002 revised version) and will consult a doctor if I answered ” Yes ” to one of the questions order into validate my ability to be physically active.
4.5. Organik is not responsible for the use of the link by third parties.
